Dan Cormany is a doctoral candidate at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, focusing his studies on medical tourism destination marketing and medical traveler motivations in site selection. He is a regular contributor to the Medical Tourism Magazine, where he writes about hospitality's role in medical tourism. Prior to starting is current studies, Dan was in convention management and event planning, after leaving a 24 year career as a university dean of students in Florida and Hawaii.
