Bob Bonar leads development of the infrastructure needs for all Seton Family physician organizations, including management of physician practice plans, creation and implementation of new physician services and oversight of long-term strategic plans including physicians in addition to leading Dell Children’s.
He began his career in healthcare during the 1970s as a hospital-based street and flight paramedic. He earned master’s degrees in education administration and healthcare administration and served as director of Emergency and Trauma Services and the air ambulance system at West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown.
