Born in Porto Alegre, State of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in April 1962. Married to Silvia and father of Vicente (22) and Cícero (8). CEO of HealthCareBrazil, a consulting firm created to assist efforts in developing healthcare clusters in Brazil and for helping facilitators and patients from all over the world in his search for the most affordable high quality and world-class alternatives in healthcare in Brazil. Worked as director of major communications companies and advertising agencies in south Brazil (17 years) and has large skills in the TI and telecom market (Recife and Porto Alegre, 5 years), achieving two national marketing renowned awards (Top of Marketing ADVB). Glauco was Marketing director at Fundação Cultural Piratini Public Radio and Television (8 years) and his formation includes Engineering,  Economics and Law School (last degree in 2010). His hobbies include bicycle rides with his sons and “haute cuisine”, especially Brazilian.
