Mevlut Kayar is the General Manager of Turkish Airlines Chicago office. After completing his master of science degree in transportation engineering at Darmstadt University of Technology, he started his aviation career in Germany. He was sales manager  at Turkish Airlines Frankfurt office before he got promoted to the airline's new destination Kenya as a startup director. During his successful tenure in Kenya, flight frequency increased from three flights a week to daily in a matter of one year. After his successful work in Kenya Mevlut Kayar has been appointed to his current position in Chicago. In five years he worked in three different continents and gained valuable experiences in the field of aviation.
