During his 23 years of employee benefits experience, he have continuously worked to build his technical experience in all areas of domestic and international employee benefit plans. In his current role as the Global Head of Function for the Employee Benefits Center of Expertise (CoE), my key responsibilities are the following:
Transformation of a decentralized approach toward employee benefits to a center of expertise allowing for a high level of corporate governance, cost management via economies of scale and recruitment of a specialized and highly effective team
Management of a group of talented managers in 5 countries;
Alignment of the CoE with critical business needs such as attracting and retaining excellent talent and establishing and maintaining employee benefit plans at the right time, for the right people in the right amount and appropriate design;
Continuous technical training;
Staying abreast of trends and new legislation and local cultures by visiting local affiliated countries and engaging in local projects
