Mr. Sabeff is a Principal and Senior Project Manager at EEI Healthcare for special projects.  Most projects personally completed by Mr. Sabeff involve owner's representative services, design criteria development, peer review, MEP construction management assistance and final acceptance testing of the mechanical and electrical systems.  He brings over 40 years of technical engineering experience in buildings of all types, and typically finds himself in an owner’s representative role relative to engineered systems. 

His technical expertise is focused on facilities engineering, with special emphasis on systems documentation and systems analysis, improving performance and efficiency of HVAC and electrical systems.  Mr. Sabeff’s approach and analysis includes connected loads and demand profiles, physical plant capacities and performance in relation to demands, age, life cycle costing and conversion potential to more efficient modes of operation.
