Refund Policy
Payment and Cancellation/Substitutions Policy:
Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received on or before July 1, 2013 less a $245 processing fee. After this date, there are no refunds but you may send a colleague in your place provided you notify World Medical Tourism and Global Healthcare Congress, Inc by email at least 2 weeks in advance. The World Medical Tourism and Global Healthcare Conference office shall be notified of cancellations in writing. Please note that any refunds will be made after the conference is completed. The original registrant must submit a written authorization for such a change.
Seating for workshops and sessions is on a first come first serve basis. WMT & GHC does not guarantee seating into the workshops or sessions.
