Since 2008, Mr. Arnone has been in the Biotechnology Industry since 2008. Currently, he serves as the Chairman & CEO of American CryoStem Corporation a strategic developer, marketer and global licensor of patented adipose tissue-based cellular technologies for the Regenerative and Personalized Medicine industries. Mr. Arnone is also the founder of Personal Cell Sciences Corp., a Life Sciences company dedicated to the development and distribution of personalized Adipose Derived Stem Cell based anti-aging, topical skin care products formulated using an individual’s own stem cells. Prior to the Biotech Industry, for over 20 years. Mr. Arnone served in executive management capacities in the Securities Industry from 1982 to 2002; on Wall Street, he held positions on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and was the founder of two NASD broker-dealer member firms employing 100’s of registered personnel, financial analysts and investment bankers. During his tenure as an investment professional, Mr. Arnone founded and oversaw a $75 million dollar entertainment distribution corporation with 120 employees which was awarded national recognition as medium wholesaler of the year in the music industry by NARM (National Association of Recording Merchandisers) in 1997, 1998, and 2000. He brings “hands on” experience in Investment Banking, finance, management structure, business development with a strong understanding of strategic planning and transaction execution in industry specific markets. He is also the founder of Maestro Holdings, Ltd., a music consulting and catalog holding company in the music/entertainment industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kean University.
