Seth Cohen is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Castlight Health, a healthcare IT company that has built the first personalized shopping platform for healthcare services. At Castlight, Seth is responsible for building partnerships with the largest national accounts in the United States as well as leading new innovation projects. Prior to Castlight, Seth was a management consultant in the healthcare practice of McKinsey & Company, having served clients in North America, Australia and Brazil. At McKinsey, Seth was a member of the healthcare payor and provider practice and a founding member of McKinsey’s Center for Healthcare Reform. Seth also led a global initiative on the advent of consumerism in healthcare, which was the recipient of the firm’s highest knowledge award. Prior to McKinsey, Seth founded an emerging market venture capital fund based in Mexico City. His entrepreneurial work earned him recognition from President Clinton at the Clinton Global Initiative, and he is a member of the Aspen Institute’s Network for Development Entrepreneurs. Seth earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, where he was a Baker Scholar, Mortimer Zuckerman fellow and Bill George fellow. Seth completed his undergraduate studies at Stanford University where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
